Vâng, có 9 slots đấy mọi người ạ. Mình cứ nghĩ “9 slots thì mình làm gì có cửa”. Rồi cho đến 1 ngày Nhi gửi lại cái bài đó vào group chị em, thế là mình bị nó dụ dỗ. Chưa hết đâu, nộp hồ sơ mà cần tùm lum tà la nên mình nói “cũng có đậu đâu mà nộp chi cho mệt”. Rồi cũng đến lượt mình chửi lại Ngân vì không check Mail để sót cơ hội đăng kí…may sao người ta vẫn còn chấp nhận. Thế là 2 đứa dắt tay nhau đi học Cross-Cultural Negotiation & Leadership 
….và…cuộc gặp gỡ những người bạn mới bắt đầu! mình chung nhóm với 1 bạn người Mexico mọi người ạ. Mình phải cố gắng tập trung, dùng hết công suất để xem bạn nói gì =))) Nhưng mà…bạn rất là niceeeee, cực kì nice và giỏi lắm luôn (+1 điểm cho bạn vì đẹp trai nhất lớp). Rồi đến chuyên mục luyện tập negotiate. Mình được ghép với 2 người khác. Chúng mình cùng nhau nghĩ hướng giải quyết, cách đàm phán và mình được Fanny (Mexican) khen đó. Cảm giác vui thật sự vì mình được xem là người gánh team rồi 
Đối mặt với đối tác khó tính cực kì stress mọi người ạ, nhưng mà vui.

It’s a long process guys, starting from step application. Initially, I saw the post on the IU student exchange page that EM Normandie School in France has 9 scholarships for IU students. Yes, there are only 9 slots, everyone. I kept thinking “Omg, 9 slots, I won’t have that chance”. Then the day after, my friend sent that post to me, so I was convinced by her. And it didn’t finish yet, I had to submit such complicated documents, so I said ” I apply many documents for school like this but I am not sure that I’ll pass”. Fortunately, thanks to my friend – Nhi, who tried to persuade and motivate me, I finally got this opportunity. So I and Ngan Dang walked hand in hand to learn Cross-Cultural Negotiation Skills & Leadership ???….and…the meeting of new friends began!
At first, I was extremely worried. It was my first time studying with 16 foreigners from many different countries. Moreover, in the class, there were only 3 Vietnamese. However, after the first lessons, my emotion was controlled, because it was just like in my university, not as scary as I thought (Because my university uses 100% English in teaching and studying). But then, oh no ? I was in the same group presentation with a Mexican friend! It was a bit nervous for me, but…he is a kind person, very nice and studies well. Okay then, the next challenge was negotiation. I was paired with 2 other friends. We thought together about the strategies, how to solve the problem, how to negotiate and I was so happy when I got a compliment from my new friend!!!
The last negotiating day was also on the last day of the course. There was also a break room as normal…The only special thing was that it was bigger and more stressful. Facing difficult partners was extremely anxiety, everyone, but it was fun and enjoyable.
This class is particularly great and valuable, Professor Maurice Langlois and everyone are cute. Even though the class ends at 0:30 AM in Vietnam, the teacher gave me a lot of opportunities to practice, so I remembered the lesson and applied it quickly. I really appreciate this course because I can obtain new knowledge, and I have a chance to experience practical situations.
In conclusion, I would like to thank EMN School for organizing this program❤️Thank you IU Student Exchange & Study Abroad Program for informing us ❤️ Thank you all the Coordinators ❤️ And I also thank my classmates for helping me especially my lovely teammates ❤️
If possible, I want to participate in this program again!
