?: École de Management de Normandie (EMN) là 1 trường business tại thành phố cảng Le Harve, cách thủ đô Paris 200km về phía Đông Bắc. Đây cũng là 1 trong 2 địa điểm mà Bác Hồ theo tàu Latouche-Tréville lần đầu tiên đặt chân đến Pháp đó.
Ngoài ra, EMN cũng thuộc những trường đối tác (partnership) với IU-VNU thân iu.

?: EMN đã tổ chức 1 chương trình học hè online (giống như IU học sem hè) gọi là EM Normandie Virtual Summer School, khóa học kéo dài ? ???̂̀? (??-??/?/????), và học qua ZOOM nhe.
Vì sem hè mình có đăng ký 1 môn học ở IU nữa nên mình chỉ học 1 môn ở EMN thôi. Môn mình học là ????????? ????????? (6 ECTS), giảng viên lớp là thầy Cocean Radu.

?: Giống mỗi chiếc ZOOM thôi chứ khác thì:
???̛̀? ???? ??̣?: Mình học hoàn toàn theo múi giờ của Pháp (GMT +2) nên sẽ chậm hơn Việt Nam 5 tiếng. Có 2 khung giờ: Sáng sớm ban mai (8h-11h30) và Chiều hoàng hôn buông đang dần phai (16h-17h30), và mình chọn học chiều voilà ???-????? ?̛̉ ??.
??̣?? ??̣?: mỗi buổi 3 tiếng rưỡi, từ ???̛́ ? đ?̂́? ???̛́ ? trong 2 tuần. Tổng cộng ? ???̀? ??̣? + ? ???̀? ??? khoảng ??.? ???̛̀ ??̣? chưa trừ break time và những lúc buồn ngủ quá mình lướt tiktok.
??̣̂? ???? ??̣?: Marketing Analytics nói về ??́?? ???̂́? ??̣̂?, ???̀? ???̣̂?, ???̂? ??́?? ??̂́ ???̣̂? (?????) ??? đ?́ ??̀?? ??̂̀? ??̉?? ??̀ ??̂?? ??̣ ???̂? ???̣?, ??̛̉ ??́ đ?̂̉ đ?̛? ?? ????̂́? ??̣??, ??̂́? ???̉ (??????) ???̀ ??̛̣? ??? ????? ?????̣̂?. Để có được những output giá trị thì mình phải vận dụng kinh nghiệm thực tế và tư duy khá nhiều, cũng như cách mình thay đổi góc nhìn để suy luận ra ý nghĩa của những có số ở input.
??̀?? ???̛́? ??̣?: Nếu như ở IU tụi mình học online hay làm presentation, làm quiz, mở cam điểm danh, thì ở EMN hoàn toàn không. Mọi hoạt động trong giờ học là tự nguyện. Và thay cho quiz là in-class work assignment. Đây là 1 chuỗi bài tập (case study) dài như series phim trên Netflix. Học sinh sẽ được giáo viên random cho vào breakout room để giải bài. Trong lúc đó giáo viên sẽ join từng room để giải đáp khúc mắc u sầu. Sau khi hết giờ thì mỗi room sẽ share screen (tự nguyện) và giải case, qua đó những rooms khác có thể debate, discuss thêm nhưng không được quá kích động. Sau khi giải case xong thì mình sẽ đi ngủ, đùa thôi, là break time và mình đi rửa mặt cho tỉnh vì tin mình đi 12h sáng học bài khác 12h sáng cày phim stream các kiểu :((

Thiết kế nội dung học thực tế và sự nhiệt huyết của thầy Radul + các bạn cùng lớp. Ở môi trường mà mỗi người nói 1 accent, thì để hiểu nhau cũng mất kha khá thời gian, và thầy đã luôn kiên nhẫn nghe bọn mình nói tiếng Vietlish. Các study cases thầy đưa ra cũng rất thú vị vì mang tính cập nhật và vận dụng cao, nhờ vậy mà mình cũng nhớ bài lâu hơn. Buồn ngủ lắm mà đọc case xong mình không thể không bắt tay vào làm. Nhưng cứ sau mỗi lần giải xong, cứ ngỡ là xong rồi, nhưng hóa ra vẫn thiếu những chi tiết nhỏ mà không ai nghĩ tới. Thế là sau mỗi buổi học thay vì 12h30 sáng lăn ra ngủ mình nán lại tới 1h sáng để xem lại bài chứ không lại tức cái mình á.
Ngoài ra, tinh thần và thái độ học cũng quyết định quá trình học và kết quả đầu ra. Mọi người học rất nghiêm túc và sôi nổi nên mình cũng khó mà ngồi im. Bài tập trong lớp nối nhau liên tục nên lơ là tí thôi là mất gốc. Đặc biệt là 100% English nha (thật ra còn có Tây Ban Nha, Đài Loan và Ấn Độ trong breakout rooms) còn IU thì trong lớp đôi lúc giảng viên vẫn nói tiếng Việt.
Bonus, không đơn thuần là Marketing Analytics, khóa học của mình còn ??̀? ? ????̂́? ?????? ????, ? ???̂̉? ??̣? ?????? ?????? ?????? ??̀ ? ???́? ???̂́?? ???́? ??̛ ??̉? nữa. Quá tuyệt vời cho 1 mùa hè lockdown luôn. 2 tuần chưa bao giờ là đủ khi mình lại quá đỗi yêu thương mái trường IU và EMN vì đã mang đến cho mình cơ hội để học hỏi và kết bạn với các học sinh quốc tế.

The designated lessons and the enthusiasm of Prof. Cocean Radu, as well as my classmates. In such an intercultural environment, it takes time to understand others’ point of view. I was so lucky to have Prof. Cocean who has always been patiently listening to us (even speaking in Vietnamese-English). The lessons and study cases were very interesting. They’re like adventure and detective movie series, plot twists, thrilling and open-ended lol. They were also up-to-date and highly applicable, so they absorbed me at the end of the day. I was sleepy studying at midnight, but after reading those cases I couldn’t help myself start working immediately. Every time we finished solving the cases, we thought it was done, but it turned out that there were still small details that everyone hardly thinks of. So after each class, instead of going straight to bed at 12:30 AM, I ended up staying until 1 AM to have my lesson reviewed again.
In addition, the attitude of learning also determines the learning process and result. My classmates were very motivated so I couldn’t sit still or have idle time. The in-class work was continuously connected, if you neglect a scene, you’ll miss the movie’s message. Especially, 100% English here we go (actually there are Spanish, Taiwanese and Indian in the breakout rooms), while at IU sometimes we still speak Vietnamese during class.
Bonus, not only Marketing Analytics, ?? ?????? ???? ???????? ? ??????? ?????? ????, ? ?????? ?????? ?????? ?????? ??? ? ????? ?????? ??????. I’m so grateful to have such a “summer lockdown”. 2 weeks are never enough as IU and EMN brought me this opportunity to immerse myself in France, learn new things and have international connections. R: Je me suis inscrite à des cours d’analyses marketing à l’EM Normandie Virtual School (EM Normandie Business School) durant l’année scolaire 2020-2021, ?? ? ?? ?? ??????? ????, au cours desquels j’ai obtenu un total de ? ???́???? ????. L’emploi du temps était selon l’heure de Paris, ?? ??? ?̀ ?????.
Le programme comprend ???? ?? ????? ??? ????, du lundi au vendredi, ce qui fait ?? ????? ?? ????? ???? ? ????????. Nous utilisions la plateforme en ligne ???? ????? ????????.

R : J’ai beaucoup apprécié les cours et l’enthousiasme de Monsieur Cocean Radu, ainsi que mes camarades de classe. Dans un tel environnement multiculturel, cela peut parfois prendre du temps avant de comprendre le point de vue des autres. J’ai eu la chance d’avoir comme professeur Monsieur Cocean qui a toujours eu la patience de nous écouter (et même de parler Vietnamien-Anglais). Les cours et les études de cas étaient très intéressants, ceux-ci étant comme des aventures et des séries de détectives, pleines de surprises et de retournements de situations. Ils étaient également très à jour et applicables, captant mon intérêt jusqu’à la fin de la journée. J’avais sommeil lorsque j’étudiais à minuit, mais après avoir lu ces cas, je ne pouvais pas m’empêcher de me mettre aussitôt au travail. À chaque fois que nous terminions de résoudre un cas, nous pensions avoir fini, mais il s’avérait qu’il restait toujours des petits détails auxquels personne n’avait pensé.
Donc après chaque cours, au lieu d’aller directement me coucher à 00h30, je finissais toujours par rester jusqu’à 1h du matin pour revoir mes leçons.
De plus, la façon d’apprendre détermine également le processus d’apprentissage ainsi que les résultats.
Mes camarades de classe étaient très motivés (parfois même vaillants mdr) alors je tenais très peu en place.
Le travail en classe était continuellement connecté, donc si vous négligez un passage, vous manquerez le message principal du film.
100% des cours sont en anglais, alors qu’à l’IU, nous utilisons parfois le Vietnamien pendant les cours.
En bonus, en plus des analyses marketing, mon programme comprenait également ??? ?????? ????????? ?? ?’?́????, ??? ???̧??? ??? ??? ??????? ?? ???? ?????̧????? ?? ??? ???̧??? ?? ?????̧???. Je suis fière et reconnaissante d’avoir passé un tel « confinement d’été ».
Deux semaines, ce n’est jamais assez, car l’IU et l’EMN m’ont apporté cette opportunité d’entrer en immersion en France, d’apprendre de nouvelles choses et d’avoir des connexions internationales. Si vous êtes un étudiant de l’IU, restez à l’écoute et suivez attentivement l’ IU Student Exchange & Study Abroad Program pour ne pas manquer cette occasion.
Enfin, je dirais qu’un programme en ligne comme celui de l’EMN Summer School est fortement recommandé pour se préparer et se mettre en conditions avant de partir étudier à l’étranger.
